     Regulations in progress (if you have any proposals regarding this regulation, I am waiting for them until November 30, 2025)
  1. Object
      Making radio QSOs with as many stations as possible in three digi-modes.
      With the same station, you can make three valid QSOs in each band, one in each mode (FT4, RTTY45 and BPSK63)

  2. Contest Period
      Every year, the third full weekend of January.
     
In 2026, start Saturday 17 at 12:00 UTC until Sunday 18, at 11:59:59 UTC. (24 hours)


 
3. Bands
     80m, 40m, 20m, 15m and 10m,
( Band segments allocated for the working modes used in the contest will be used). 
    
The recommended dial frequencies for FT4 (all USB) are:   80m: 3576 kHz; 40m: 7047.5 kHz; 20m: 14080 kHz; 15m: 21140 kHz; 10m: 28180 kHz  
    
Changing bands can only be changed after a break of at least 5 minutes
      For non-compliance with this provision of the competition regulations, the penalty applied each time will be 1% of the total score obtained.
 

  
4. Mode

   
BPSK63, FT4 and RTTY45. (in log mode it is noted like this: BPSK63 with PM, FT4 with FT4 and RTTY45 with RY) and not otherwise.                 
           With the same station, QSOs can be made on each band in the three modes but only one contest log will be sent.

      Changing modes can only be changed after a break of at least 5 minutes.
        
For non-compliance with this provision of the competition regulations, the penalty applied each time will be 1% of the total score obtained.

Categories: (The contest log header must contain one or more of the categories specified below in the contest rules):  
     
M, M-BPSK63, M-FT4, M-RTTY45, SO-HP, SO-LP, SO-80m, SO-40m, SO-20m, SO-15m, SO-10m, SO-BPSK63, SO-FT4, SO-RTTY45, C&T, SWL, CL.
          
I suggest you use two contest programs, one for RTTY45 and BPSK63 (M1MM e.g.) and one for FT4 (MSHV e.g.)
    
      Competitors in all M categories may also opt for one or more of the M-SB categories below if they have made a total of at least 250
          valid QSOs, and in each category at least 125 valid QSOs, which will will be confirmed following verification of the contest logs. 

    M     = only members of any digital mode club, with at least 2 confirmed modes using a single TX with no more than 100W out.
      
If you do not meet the above conditions, please choose one of the 3 categories below, otherwise the referee will do this after checking the confirmed QSOs.
       Competitors from all M categories will transmit as follows:
      
For the  RTTY45 and BPSK63 :  RSQ + serial number starting with 001+ letter "M"  (E.g. 599 001M ) and for FT4: RSQ + abbreviation "ME" (E.g. 579  ME).
      
In the contest log the control will be noted for QSO's in RTTY45 and BPSK63 starting with 599 001M and for FT4 with 579 M (without serial number)      
      
In the contest log of all M categories the name of the digi club to which they belong and the membership number will be specified
          (not clubs of other working modes or radio clubs)
and at the head of the log (e.g. CLUB: EPC#99999) will be entered.

      
Members of digital mode clubs are not required to participate in the M categories, but in they participate in a non-Members category,
       they will no longer transmit the abbreviation M, but will respect the rules imposed on the category they have opted for.      

       If you are not a member of a digi club but want to participate in category M, follow the rules for this category, and in the contest log enter
        in the CLUB: PDCC#1000 and you will become a member of the PDCC until the final result of the contest is posted online.
       
PRO DIGI CONTEST CLUB (PDCC) was founded with one purpose, to facilitate your participation if you wish in the M category of the PDC.         
     
     Ex. Some DIGI clubs: BCS, CCB,CDG, DMC, EPC, EU-PSK, FHC, FT8DMC,
       OBC, PDCC, PKRWG, RDR, TRC and others.
             M-BPSK63   ( Members only BPSK63, regardless of the number of bands),  
                  
M-FT4           ( Members only FT4, regardless of the number of bands),    
                  
M-RTTY45  ( Members only RTTY45, regardless of the number of bands).        
         

        Competitors in all SO categories may also opt for one or more of the SO-SB categories below if they have made a total of at least 250
          valid QSOs, and in each category at least 125 valid QSOs, which will will be confirmed following verification of the contest logs. 

       
SO-HP  = a single operator, with at least 2 bands and 2 confirmed modes using a single TX with no more than 100w out       
       It is transmitted RST + serial number starting with 001 (E.g. 599 001)
        SO-LP  = a single operator, with at least 2 bands and 2 confirmed modes using a single TX with no more than 50w out
       
It is transmitted RST + serial number starting with 001 (E.g. 599 001)
      
     SO-BPSK63   (Single Operator only BPSK63, regardless of the number of bands),   
                   
SO-FT4          (Single Operator only FT4, regardless of the number of bands) and,
                   
SO-RTTY45  (Single Operator only RTTY45, regardless of the number of bands)                            

      
Single Operator Single Band - Single TX with a power of up 100 wats out, (regardless of the number of modes).
      
It is transmitted RST + serial number starting with 001 (E.g. 599 001)
                SO-80m   (Single Operator, 80m, regardless of the number of modes)   
                 SO-40m  
(Single Operator, 40m, regardless of the number of modes)
                 SO-20m  
(Single Operator, 20m, regardless of the number of modes)      
                 SO-15m  
(Single Operator, 15m, regardless of the number of modes)

(Single Operator, 10m, regardless of the number of modes)

    
C&T  = All club stations (with one or more operators) as well as Teams (regardless of the number of modes and bands),
       operated from the same location by several operators who will use a single callsign and TX on all bands, and the power is the authorized one.
       These stations can only participate in the C&T category.
       Competitors in this category will transmit
RSQ + serial number starting with 001 (e.g. 599 001)  

      SWL  = Short Wave Listeners, regardless of the number of bands and modes      
      The same callsign may be logged once on each band and mode..
     
       CL = Check Log

            
  7. Contest Exchange:
      Non members should send RST report + serial number, starting with 001 for the first contact. E.g. 599 001
      Members of any digi-clubs, send RST +
serial number starting with 001 +M  (E.g 599 001M for RTTY45 and BPSK63 and  599  ME for FT4.     
      Only in this format will the evaluation program grant the corresponding bonus.

     8. Scoring
        QSO Points:

      For QSO with own DXCC country: 1 point,

      For QSO with another DXCC country: 
2 points,

      For QSO between DigiMode-Club members (
M category) and non-members receive : 2 points extra-bonus,

      For QSO between two DigiMode-Club members (
M category), they receive: 6 points extra-bonus.
     

     Multiplier
     Each different prefix counts once on each band, with the exception of all prefixes from your own country which does not count as a multiplier.
     The score on each log (mode) is represented by the sum of the points from all bands multiplied by the sum of the different validated prefixes,
     The score for the contest is obtained by adding up the scores obtained in the competitor's mode logs.
     No need to calculate the score. This will make the arbitrage program.

  9.Prizes
     Shortly after the publication of the results, the certificates in PDF format will be found on the website of the contest at the
     PDC RESULT ARCHIVE
for downloading and printing.

 10. Logs Instructions:
      Logs can be submitted until Sunday, 25 January, 2026 at 24:00 UTC to the address:      digi@proradiocontestclub.com
      
A single contest log will be sent that will contain all the QSO's made in chronological order or those in FT4 they
       can be entered in the contest log at the end of log after the QSO's in RTTY and BPSK63.
   

       In the contest log the control will be noted for QSO's in RTTY45 and BPSK63 starting with 599 001M and for FT4 with 599 M
       (
without serial number) .
In the log modes will be noted as follows: FT4 with FT4, RTTY45 with RY and BPSK63 with PM .
       DO NOT Submit contest log before  reading the  lines below.
  
    Only electronic logs are accepted, files in ASCII format, the Cabrillo format being preferred. Time is noted in UTC.
       Do not send the log as a .ZIP, ADI,or .JPG file. The CheckLog will also comply with the above requirements for cross-linking.
       Competitors' email will contain the attachment log.The Subject of the email with the contest log will contain the callsing and category or categories
       Ex. YO0ZZZ (SO-LP) .
The file name of the attached log will only be in the form : YO0ZZZ
      See example     like that and nothing more.     
         
      Logs sent after the deadline will be included in the NO LOG list and will not be verified.
     
The deadline for sending logs is Sunday, until 24:00 UTC.   (January 25, 2026)
      Logs will be sent to: digi@proradiocontestclub.com . Please also follow the RECEIVED LOGS page.
     
If after 72 hours (but not sooner) you have not received the CLAIM file and you are not listed in the Received Logs list, please send the log again
      at the same address.
       (If your callsign is in Received logs but you have not received your CLAIM file, it means that it has been returned to me and usually the same thing
      will happen with the UBN file). Only if you send a new corrected or completed log, the address for this is  corrected-logs@proradiocontestclub.com

      Once the final result is published, no further changes are made to the result unless there are refereeing mistakes or non-compliance with the rules.
      After this date, please do not send the log because the activity of making the provisional ranking has started
      and pages for the net, and the introduction of a new log implies the resumption of this activity from the beginning.
      Logs sent after the deadline will be included in the NO LOG list and will not be verified.
      Once the final result is published, no further changes are made to the result unles refereeing errors or non-compliance with the rules by the competitors are found.

       The recommended program for this contest is:
      - N1MM Logger + for BPSK63 and RTTY45, from UDC we use the PCC module for PDC as well..

     -  MSHV (PRO DIGI Contest)  for the FT4 contest with Exch seting: DX for  Non-members and ME for Members. MSHV
        or another program that can be set for this contest.
      
  11. Arbitration
      
Dupes are contacts made with the same station on the same band. If the first contact between stations is valid, dupes
       have zero points value. If the first contact is not valid, second  (dupe) contact is accepted. Dupe contacts are not penalized,
       so DUPES should not be marked or deleted.
  

        If a competitor opts for a category to which the rules do not allow, the referee has the right to change the category according to the regulation.
      - if the log from the correspondent is not received, the respective QSO is canceled with the exception of callsigns that exist in at least 15 logs received from at least 3 different countries,
      - if the QSO is not confirmed in the correspondent's log or the difference between the times in the logs exceeds 3 minutes, the QSO is canceled,
      - if there are mistakes in the call, incorrect RSQ or serial number, the QSO will be cancelled,
      - if the Band or Mode differs from the correspondent's log, the QSO will be cancelled,     

      - the penalty for not respecting the 5 minutes break when changing bands or working mode will affect the final total score with 1% each time,
        and you can find the list of penalties by clicking on the penalty score specified in the ranking.

   
  - also competitors from any category get 0 (zero) points or are disqualifield will be included in the Check Log (CL) category.

   12. Disqualification

         For cheating, using two TXs at the same time, imaginary loging, and clear repetitive and intentional violation of the contest rules.
         If the penalty applied to a competitor represents more than 50% of the total score obtained, he will be disqualified..
       
  
13. The result of the contest
         The Provisional results appears at www.proradiocontestclub.com on the morning of Thursday, January.29, 2026 until 10:00 UTC.
         If the EMAIL address was entered at the beginning of the contest log, all competitors will receive the CLAIM file after the log is verified and
         UBN after the provisional results is declared.
        
Appeals regarding the provisional ranking are accepted until Friday, January 30, 2026 until 18:00 UTC.
         If your callsing is not in the provisional ranking, please let me know before publishing the final result..
         The final ranking is final and will be posted on the morning of Sunday, February 01, 2026 until 10:00 UTC
                  
 
        The prizes for the PDC edition, will be sent only once between February and April of each year.
         P
rizes destined for RUSSIA or BELARUS will be sent only if the winning contestant indicates by February 15 the address of a friend
         residing in one of the European countries to whom I should send the prize, or these prizes will be sent to the addresses of the
         Radio Federations in the respective countries after postal restrictions are lifted.

         In the past editions, some of these prizes were returned, and others were lost.
